Update May 2012

Change is everywhere in my personal world. A major life shift is in progress. Finding some sense of reality in these times is tricky business as reality is subjective and fleeting. Breathe as deeply as possible and let go. Love to you all, Namaste

Love Is, I AM.

I hope my images and words can represent my intention to share, what bit of Grace is bestowed upon me, with you.
Thank you
Namaste (" I honor the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth. of light and of peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, WE ARE ONE."

"The Happy Book" affirmations for children and others.

I did this book in 1993. Now with computer usage I am fine tuning.  The originals are water colors.  My son, Chase helped with some of the little drawings within the works.
Sound, singing resonates with the cells of our
bodies bringing them into balance.

At first I had, "I respect my elders"
but I changed it because in fact I don't
think elders should always be respected
especially if they are abusive etc.I think
people need to earn respect.

Not sure if this is staying as is.  What a "good friend"
means, needs clarification somehow.

Implication is that if we plant trees we can
help the earth, yet empowerment is the
essence here.

Developing skills in one's dream life
makes the waking world easier.

I like this one, fairly obvious?

existing we MUST instill this concept early.

So many kids are stifled at such a young age
by competition and judgement of the
product instead of being able to enjoy the

Of course everything about our education
teaches us how not to be unique, how to "fit in"
so maintaining our sence of individualism
becomes more difficult.

Connecting health with beauty is important.
(Food, exercise etc. rather than clothes, make-up,)

The concept that all is as it should be
for my greatest evolution
maybe be the hardest one to swallow.

Many studies show that being grateful
is the #1. way to be HAPPY.
